The Youth Red Cross (YRC) Society of Institute of Pharmacy & Technology, Salipur is a campus unit that engages in humanitarian services with a motto of “Service to Society”. It organizes activities such as awareness rallies on public health issues, blood donation camps, and health camps for the local community and students. 

Red Ribbon Club Programme (RRCP) is a comprehensive promotional and preventive intervention to enhance voluntary blood donation as well as mainstream HIV & AIDS prevention, care & support and treatment impact, mitigation, stigma reduction, among the youth in educational institutions. It will also prepare and promote youth peer educators within and outside the campus. An active RED RIBBON CLUB is functioning in our College to make AIDS free society. Our college have youth red cross society under Indian red cross society with 20-30 student and staff volunteers .It also have red ribbon club under Odisha state AIDS control society under the department of Health and Family welfare. We are organizing various activities like Blood donation camp, AIDS awareness rally and other awareness programmes such as health camp, seminars etc.
